- Is it free?
- The free plan lets you add up to 3 people. The paid plan unlocks unlimited people and iCloud sync across your devices.
- How do I add a person?
- Tap New Note and create a new person from there, or tap the + icon in the top right of the home screen.
- Do reminders work on the free plan?
- Yes. Reminders for important dates are available on every plan. Add a date to anyone, choose how far ahead you want to be reminded, and Ones will nudge you.
- How do I sync between my iPhone and iPad?
- On the paid plan, turn on iCloud sync in Settings. Your data will sync automatically across any device signed into the same Apple ID.
- Is Ones on Android or the web?
- No, Ones is iOS only.
- How do I cancel the paid plan?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and manage your Ones subscription from there. You can also manage it directly in the App Store.
- What happens to my data if the paid plan ends?
- Nothing is deleted. All your people, notes, and dates stay on your device. iCloud sync turns off until you resubscribe.
- I lost my data. Can you recover it?
- If you had iCloud sync enabled, your data should restore automatically when you sign into the same Apple ID. If you did not have iCloud sync enabled, unfortunately we cannot recover local data because we don't have access to it.
